Effective Against Harmful Microbes

Fabrics can provide a hosting surface for microbes and germs and therefore need an extra protection to stay clean and hygienic. Primary now offers antimicrobial fabric that uses advanced silver technology and a vesicle technology as a booster. It is designed to inhibit the growth and persistence of all kinds of microbes on textile surfaces.

Attributes Include:

• Built-in antimicrobial properties

• Flame retardant for indoor safety

• Washability: treatment lasts at least 30 gentle washes (104°F)

• Acts as an acoustic insulator to absorb background noise

• Aids in social distancing

Silver Ion Technology resists and inhibits the growth of microorganisms by forming a protective surface against microbes, pathogens, and bacteria. This technology shows a 99.99% reduction in these bacteria compared to untreated test samples. There is also the added benefit of a reduction of odor from printed material.
